"Your all-in-one wellness companion for tracking fitness, mental health, tasks, and learning. Achieve your goals with personalized challenges and celebrate every milestone" (Bass44 AI). Seeking personal perfection is kind of an evil in and of itself. Please don't waste your precious life attempting to conform to societal standards at the expense of your own happiness/personality. I hope that the you way you view and about learning, growing, changing, and improve–regardless of what this may look like for other people–will now be a more positive and more manageable activity. Being able to balance the stress of work/obligations/etc in the fast-paced world is already very difficult. Although my own struggles may/will not apply/resonate with that of every single person, I still hope that my co-made app–using this amazing "app.base44.com"–will help you to live more healthier lives. Sleep is VERY important, the long-term/permanent impacts are not to be dismissed. I hope you at least test this app if you are having difficulty with managing your workload, staying organized, and then finding the necessary time to take care of yourself! I want you to know that you are not alone in the struggle and that I really want to help you find a reason to smile or find the little joys in life. Whether it be through taking care of yourself–even if at the cost of a grade/etc. Finally being able to hang out with friends since school is less stressful. Or just being able to relax or get more rest :) Best wishes!
