It unpins the analysis of the O.P.T.I.C.S. toolbox, providing in real time feedback, impact responses and scripts to assist cross-jurisdiction conversations. The Safety Plan: Supports front line workers to capture incidents, issues and concerns, and provides escalation pathways in under 60 seconds, across 20 Categories of Family Violence, Abuse and Harms. Service Navigator: A comprehensive directory of services, agencies, organisations, and registered charities providing programs, assistance, support and reporting pathways. Our Frontline Review offers a structured 10-point review matrix to promote trauma informed practices and prevent victim-blaming during frontline interactions. The Interactive Checklist and Non-Punitive Policy is a self-guiding reflection, education, coaching and non-punitive system for workforce uplift. The Transcript Analyser, Footage Review and Coercive Control Tracker are a spectrum of tools with embedded contextual overlays designed to meet demand but will not replace human review.
