Verify and activate the discount before you buy a plan, because the discounted rate only applies going forward. Payments you already made can’t be refunded at the discounted rate. The discount is for first-time purchases only, so it applies if you’ve never had a premium plan before. It runs for up to 12 months, and once you cancel within that window it can’t be re-activated.
